Spawn of an instance on the right internal network

We get sometimes users complaining about instance spawning errors, and this is often due to selecting the wrong internal network in the process of instance creation (and spawning)

• Please refer to to the Documentation page on the quick start guide on https://cloud.garr.it/compute/quick-vm/ to select the right subnetwork to have an instance spawned correctly.
• Do not select directly the floating ip network while filling the dashboard form to create a new vm. Public IPs on floating IP network can be assigned onlt after the instance has been correctly spawned.
